LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION "Black Friday & Cyber Monday – 1 Free Month of Bitsa Pro"
1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
This promotion (hereinafter, the "Promotion") is organized by BITSA SAS (BITSA®), a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Registre du Tribunal de Commerce de Nice under number 885 097 345, with registered office at 37-41 Boulevard Dubouchage, 06000 Nice (France), and VAT number FR79885097345 (hereinafter, the "Organizer").
2. PURPOSE
The purpose of the Promotion is to offer current Bitsa users the opportunity to enjoy the Bitsa Pro Plan free of charge for one (1) month, as a special Black Friday and Cyber Monday commercial promotion.
3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE
The Promotion is valid exclusively for natural persons who hold an active Bitsa account and reside in a country within the European Economic Area (EEA).
4. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
All times indicated correspond to Central European Time (CET, UTC+1).
• Promotion Start: November 21, 2025, 00:00:00 CET.
• Promotion End: December 1, 2025, 23:59:59 CET (inclusive).
The benefit shall consist of one month (30 days) free access to the Bitsa Pro Plan, calculated from the moment the user redeems the promotion through any of the enabled channels.
The last day on which users may have the active promotion will be January 1, 2026.
5. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The following persons may participate in the Promotion, provided they meet all of the following conditions:
5.1. Be a natural person, over 18 years of age and resident in an EEA country.
5.2. Be registered as active Bitsa users prior to the commencement of the Promotion, with the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process successfully completed and the account enabled for transactions.
5.3. Redeem the promotion through the enabled channels (email, push notification or in-app message) and accept these Terms and Conditions.
6. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
During the promotional period, users will receive a communication containing a link (URL) that redirects to a flow within the Bitsa application, where they must accept these Terms and Conditions to activate the promotion.
From that moment, a free thirty (30) calendar day period of the Bitsa Pro Plan will be automatically activated.
For example:
– If the user redeems the promotion on November 21, 2025, the free subscription will remain active until December 20, 2025.
– If the user redeems it on December 1, 2025, the free subscription will remain active until January 30, 2026.
7. SUBSCRIPTION CONDITIONS
7.1. The free subscription has a maximum duration of thirty (30) days from the activation date.
7.2. After said period, the subscription will automatically convert to the paid Bitsa Pro Plan, at a cost of €9.99 per month, which will be charged from the available balance on the user's Bitsa card, unless the user unsubscribes before the end of the free period.
7.3. Unsubscription may be managed at any time from the Bitsa application, in the "Bitsa Pro Plan" section.
7.4. The user shall be responsible for verifying the end date of their free period and managing their subscription according to their preferences.
8. LIMITATIONS
8.1. The Promotion is valid only once per user and cannot be combined with other current offers or promotions.
8.2. Employees and collaborators of the Organizer, as well as their relatives up to the second degree, are excluded.
8.3. The Organizer may deny or withdraw the benefit if it detects fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Participants' personal data will be processed by the Organizer for the purpose of managing the Promotion, verifying compliance with requirements and applying the promotional benefit.

10. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, postpone, shorten, extend or cancel the Promotion for justified reasons or force majeure, communicating such changes through the same channels used for its dissemination.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, available at all times at https://bitsacard.com/en/terms-conditions-bfcm.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
For any dispute arising from their interpretation or application, the parties expressly submit to the competent courts of Nice (France), waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
